  • We offer three wedding time blocks to choose from: 10 a.m.–1 p.m., 2–5 p.m., and 6–9 p.m.
  • Discounted guest-room rates for your overnight wedding guests are available at the Unity Hotel.
  • Upon confirmation, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. The total amount will be due thirty (30) days prior to your wedding. Final guaranteed guest attendance will be due two weeks prior to your wedding.
  • The Banquet Hall is $900.00 for room rental. There is food and beverage minimum to waive the room rental fee.
  • Host and cash bars are available.
  • Unity has a 15% service charge.
  • A dance floor is available for an additional charge.
  • Minister’s fees are not included, though we can arrange a minister for you.
  • Complimentary for your ceremony: Private dressing room for bride and groom, sound system with microphone, piano in Fillmore Chapel and Silent Unity Chapel, rehearsal day before wedding, and wedding coordinator.
  • Complimentary for your dinner reception: Bottle of champagne for bride and groom’s toast, cutting and serving of your wedding cake, white tablecloths and napkins, flatware, china, glassware, head table, gift table, cake table, and mirror tiles.
  • Prices are subject to change.
  • Weddings booked on Monday-Thursday receive a 20% discount.
  • Prices differ when ordering multiple entrée items to your guests. Please add 15% service charge. No tax.

Planning Procedures

Once your date is determined and you have seen the facility, a contract will be sent to you.  Return the signed contract with a 50% deposit.  This will secure your date.

The Wedding Coordinator will schedule a meeting with you, approximately two months prior to the wedding date to plan the details.  After this meeting, a banquet event order, which explains the food and beverage in detail, and diagram will be mailed to you for your review and are then used to implement the procedures of the event. 

The week of your wedding, a final meeting can be scheduled to review the event in detail.  At this time, you may leave any items such as personalized cake knife, toasting flutes, napkins, place cards, etc., in our care for placement at the reception.  The final guarantee of guests will also be required, and a final cost estimate of the reception will be calculated.
